Shipping
All Browé orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which delivers within 2–3 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 5 business days before contacting us about delays, as Royal Mail timescales can vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any Browé products once dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebrowtrap.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Browé products are cosmetic products distributed in compliance with the UK Cosmetics Regulation (Retained EU Regulation 1223/2009). All products are safety assessed, notified on the UK Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP), and labelled in accordance with UK law, including full ingredient listings (INCI), batch codes, and responsible person details.
