1. Scope & Agreement
These Terms govern the use of our website www.thebrowtrap.com (the “Site”), the sale of brow products, and the provision of online and in-person courses and treatments. By purchasing from us or booking a course/treatment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
• Full payment is required at checkout or, for treatments/courses, a deposit (non-refundable) may be required.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure payment gateways.
3. Delivery of Products
• We aim to dispatch products within 2–3 working days.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Title remains ours until full payment is received.
4. Returns & Refunds (Products)
• Due to hygiene and safety, no returns or exchanges are accepted on products unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt with clear photographic or video evidence.
• If goods are confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement.
5. Courses
• Online courses are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
• In-person courses: bookings are transferable ONCE only to another date. Further rescheduling is not permitted.
• If you fail to attend without prior notice, the booking and payment are forfeited.
6. Treatments & Deposits
• All treatment bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment.
• Deposits secure your appointment and are transferable once only to another date. Further rescheduling is not permitted.
7. Liability
• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product/course/treatment purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, training manuals, videos, logos, and website content remain our property and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
