Refund policy
Products
• No returns or exchanges for non-faulty products (due to hygiene).
• Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• If accepted, we will issue a replacement.
Online Courses
• Non-refundable under all circumstances.
In-Person Courses
• May be transferred once to a different date if at least 10 days’ notice is given.
• Additional date changes are not permitted.
Treatments
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you cancel or fail to attend, the deposit or remaining balance will be forfeited.
